As each of our cakes are designed individually, pricing varies based on a number of factors. For a rough guide, we recommend budgeting about $8.00-$10.00 per person as your starting price. Some designs are more labour intensive than others. Some cake designs may require a high volume of buttercream, fresh or pressed flowers or other specific design features. These are individual to each order so please complete the order form for an accurate quote. If you don't yet know all the details, that ok. Fill out as much as you can for a rough quote and we can work out the details during our consultation.
Please note there is a minimum spend on all custom orders of $750.00

Delivery:
For events within Christchurch and the surrounding suburbs, a flat delivery fee of $60.00 applies.
For deliveries outside of Christchurch, please contact us to discuss arrangements and charges.I highly recommend opting for delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your cake. Tiered cakes are designed with internal structural elements to ensure they travel well and remain stable at your venue.
Our delivery service includes chilled transportation and the ability to make any necessary touch-ups, as buttercream can occasionally crack during transit.Collection:
If you prefer to collect your cake, please note that our kitchen is located in Prices Valley, approximately a 50-minute drive from central Christchurch. Collection times must be arranged in advance to ensure we are on-site. Once the cake has been collected, Full Time Tart is no longer responsible for its safe transport.

All our cakes are crafted with American-style buttercream and adorned with elegant elements such as fresh flowers, rice paper sails, piping, pressed flowers, bows, and more. Each design is individual to your event. You are welcome to provide inspiration, however designs from other cake artists will not be replicated.
We do not use fondant coverings or fresh cream fillings, nor do we create structural or themed designs. If these are what you're looking for, we recommend seeking out one of the other talented bakers in the area who specialise in such designs.

Please note that the Full Time Tart kitchen handles a large amount of gluten, dairy and nuts and other common allergens. All cakes use a canola cooking spray which contains soy. As such we cannot completely eliminate the risk of cross contamination. These products are recommended for those with a dietary preference and not for those with dietary requirements or allergies.
Tiered cakes require a dairy based butter to achieve the needed structural integrity. If you wish to include dairy free or vegan cakes for your guests, I would recommend a second smaller cake or a selection of cupcakes.
